乡村振兴背景下农村教育与经济协调发展研究

乡村振兴离不开人才振兴，我国的现代化建设尤其是农业现代化建设亟需大批高素质技能型人才，在我国的社会结构中，农村人口占据着重要比重。农村教育能够把巨大的人口压力转变为我们所需要的人力资本，进而推动经济社会协调发展。近年来，随着经济的迅速发展，多数教育资源向城市倾斜，乡村教育却因其本身的特点，在很多方面均滞后于城市。因此，本文将通过对乡村教育现状的分析，找出存在的问题，从而对农村教育与经济协调发展提出有针对性的建议。
The revitalization of the countryside is inseparable from the revitalization of talents, and the modernization of China, especially the modernization of agriculture, needs a large number of qualified and skilled talents. Rural education can transform the huge population pressure into the human capital we need, and then promote the coordinated economic and social development. In recent years, with the rapid economic development, most educational resources are tilted to the cities, but rural education lags behind the cities in many aspects due to its own characteristics. Therefore, this paper will analyze the current situation of rural education, find out the existing problems, and then put forward targeted suggestions for the coordinated development of rural education and economy.
