国内外教师能动性研究述评——基于CiteSpace科学计量可视化分析

Abstract:

为宏观把握国内外教师能动性研究现状,以CNKI数据库和WOS核心数据库的3630篇文献为数据来源,借助CiteSpace文献计量软件,对国内外教师能动性研究的发文年限、研究对象、研究方法、理论视角和具体内容进行了科学计量可视化分析。分析结果表明,教师能动性在我国学界的关注度逐渐上升,近年来成为教师发展领域的研究热点,但与国外研究相比,研究数量较少;研究对象多基于教育政策而选取,但对目前重点教师群体关注度不够;研究方法多采用质性研究范式;理论视角多借鉴国外理论开展相关研究;研究内容视域广阔,但部分重要领域尚未进行深入探究。基于研究结果,建议我国未来教师能动性研究结合新时代特点增加高质量研究,辅以量化研究和更适合我国本土教师的理论视角,以丰富重点话题研究。
In order to generalize the overall view of teacher agency, the authors in this article collected 3630 articles in CNKI and core database of WOS as research data, sorted out and compared the publishing trends, research subjects, research methods, theoretical perspectives and topics of domestic and overseas researches on teacher agency through the scientometric visualization software CiteSpace. Findings from the analysis show that overseas studies of teacher agency has attracted scholarly attention worldwide and become a research focus in the field of teacher development in recent years. Compared with overseas studies, however, domestic studies on teacher agency still need more attentions; the research subjects are primarily selected based on education policies, and some key teacher groups are less focused; qualitative research is the mainstream research paradigm; theoretical perspectives are mainly borrowed from oversea studies; and research subjects are abundant, but some important areas have not been adequately explored. Based on these research findings, it is suggested that future research on teacher agency in China needs to combine the characteristics of the new times to innovate high-quality research results, supplemented by quantitative research and more suitable theoretical perspectives, so as to enrich research on key topics in the field of teacher agency.
