市政道路桥梁施工管理问题与对策探究
Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of Municipal Road and Bridge Construction Management

市政道路桥梁工程关乎民生大计，与人民群众的生活密不可分，但市政道路桥梁建设常常面临工程建设前期工作不完善、现场质量安全问题较为突出、参建各方职责履行不力等问题，如何解决这些问题变得越来越重要。为此，笔者依据自身的工作经历，结合工程案例对市政道路桥梁工程在建设过程中的常见问题进行梳理，并提出了相应的对策，可供类似工程项目借鉴参考。
The municipal road and bridge project is related to the livelihood of the people, and is inseparable from the lives of the people. However, the construction of municipal roads and bridges often faces problems such as incomplete preliminary work of project construction, prominent on-site quality and safety problems, and poor performance of responsibilities of all parties involved in the construction. How to solve these problems has become increasingly important. For this reason, the author combs out the common problems in the construction of municipal road and bridge projects based on his own work experience and engineering cases, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, which can be used for reference by similar projects.
