在“加快转型升级，建设幸福广东”和“建设国家中心城市和国际商贸中心”的省、市发展战略目标指引下，广州市黄埔区政府立足本地实际，在珠三角港口群中率先提出临港商务区的构想，经过10多年的建设运营，区内产业型态丰富多元，城区面貌极大改善。黄埔这一传统工业城区实现了“凤凰涅槃”式的重生和“破茧成碟”的华丽转身，其关键在于成功打造了临港商务区这一重要引擎和重大战略性发展平台。对目前海南自贸港建设背景下实现区域协调发展和构建现代产业体系，尤其是在区位条件、资源禀赋等优势区域推动港产城融合发展具有重要借鉴和启示。

It has important references and enlightenments for the realization of coordinated regional development and the construction of a modern industrial system under the background of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, especially in areas with advantages such as location conditions and resource endowments.
