肾结石评分系统的研究进展

Abstract:
目的:经皮肾镜作为治疗肾结石的主要方式之一,其术后结石清除率及术后并发症的发生情况,一直是临床医生关注的重点。关于结石清除率目前的研究证明其与术前结石的负荷、结石的位置及积水程度等密切相关。此外,国内外的研究团队纷纷提出自己的肾结石评分系统,用于预测术后结石清除率及术后并发症的发生情况。本文就影响结石清除率的重要因素及肾结石评分系统的研究进展进行综述。
Objective: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is one of the main methods for the treatment of renal calculi. The stone clearance rate and the occurrence of postoperative complications are always the focus of clinical doctors. Current research on stone clearance rate has shown that it is closely related to preoperative stone load, stone location and water accumulation. In addition, domestic and for-eign research teams have proposed their own kidney stone scoring system to predict the postoper-ative stone clearance rate and postoperative complications. This article reviews the important fac-tors affecting stone clearance and the research progress of renal stone scoring system.
