红旗模型及其对高校学生心理健康素养的作用和启示

Abstract:

据中国科学院心理研究所《中国国民心理健康发展报告(2019~2020)》显示,2020年我国青少年的抑郁检出率为24.6%,其中轻度抑郁为17.2%,重度抑郁为7.4%,且检出率随着年级的升高而升高。2022年5月20日,国务院办公厅发布《十四五国民健康通知》完善心理健康和精神卫生服务,完善心理危机干预机制。目前国外研究者针对大学生的心理健康障碍和校园暴力悲剧的日益流行,提出了红旗模型(REDFLAGS model)。本文对目前针对红旗模型的研究进展和效用进行总结,以期对我国目前高校的心理健康教育提供新思路、新方向。
According to the Report on the Development of China’s National Mental Health (2019~2020) issued by the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the detection rate of depression among Chinese adolescents was 24.6% in 2020, including 17.2% for mild depression and 7.4% for severe depression, and the detection rate increased with grade. On May 20, 2022, The General Office of the State Council issued the 14th Five-Year National Health Notice to improve mental health and mental health services and improve the psychological crisis intervention mechanism. At present, foreign researchers put forward the REDFLAGS model as the increasing prevalence of Mental Health Disorders (MHDs) and campus violence tragedies. This thesis summarizes the current research progress and utility of REDFLAGS model, and provides new ideas and new directions for mental health education in colleges and universities in China.
