互联网使用对中国老年人社会适应的影响
Influence of Internet Use on Social Adaptation of the Elderly in China

本文基于网络增益理论与赋权增能理论，采用中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS) 2016年数据，综合运用OLS回归、倾向匹配得分以及工具变量等方法，研究互联网使用对我国老年人社会适应的影响。研究发现，互联网的使用能显著提高老年人社会适应，本文在运用工具变量法解决因果关系问题、倾向得分匹配法控制选择性偏差问题后，上述结论依然成立。基于以上结论，政府应该降低上网资费，增加互联网接入，鼓励老年人积极触网；家人与社区、社会组织应该帮助和支持老年人使用互联网；企业应该促进适老化产品的生产，从而帮助老年人更好的使用互联网，提高其社会适应。
Based on the network gain theory and empowerment theory, this paper studies the impact of In-ternet use on social adaptation of the elderly in China by using the data of China Social Tracking Survey of the Elderly (CLASS) in 2016, OLS regression tendency matching score and instrumental variables. It is found that the use of Internet can significantly improve the social adaptation of the elderly. In this paper, the instrumental variable method is used to solve the problem of causality, and the tendency score matching method is used to control the problem of selectivity deviation. The above conclusions are still valid. Based on the above conclusions, the government should reduce Internet access charges and increase Internet access to encourage the elderly to actively touch the Internet; Family members and community social organizations should help and support the elderly to use the Internet; Enterprises should promote the production of products suitable for aging so as to help the elderly better use the Internet and improve their social adaptation.
