四川省水资源生态足迹与水资源生态盈亏指数的时空分析

Abstract:

利用水资源生态足迹模型计算四川省2016~2020年21个市(州)水资源生态足迹、水资源环境承载力、水资源生态盈亏指数,运用空间自相关模型,揭示了人均水资源生态盈亏指数时空间聚集性特征。结果表明:1) 2016~2020年四川省人均水资源生态足迹总体呈下降趋势,人均水资源生态足迹呈现盆地中部与攀西地区高,川西与川东地区低的分布特征。水资源生态承载力呈现空间分布不均,西部高原山地地区水资源承载力高,而东部盆地地区较低。2) 2016~2020年各市(州)万元GDP生态足迹呈逐年递减趋势,说明水资源利用效率逐年提高。3) 2016~2019年部分地区存在面对水资源生态赤字问题,2020年四川省21个市(州)均为水资源生态盈余,但部分地区生态盈余较低。人均水资源生态盈亏指数存在显著的空间集聚特征,空间局部特征以高–高型和低–低型显著。
The water resources ecological footprint model is used to calculate the water resources ecological footprint, water resources environmental carrying capacity and water resources ecological deficit/surplus index of 21 cities in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2020. The spatial autocorrelation model is used to reveal the spatial aggregation characteristics of the water resources ecological deficit/surplus index per capita. The results show that: 1) From 2016 to 2020, water resources ecological footprint per capita in Sichuan Province generally shows a downward trend, and the water resources ecological footprint per capita is high in the central part of the basin and Panxi region and low in the western and eastern Sichuan. The spatial distribution of water resources ecological carrying capacity is uneven. The water resources carrying capacity in the western plateau and mountainous areas is high, while that in the eastern basin is low. 2) From 2016 to 2020, the water resources ecological footprint per 104 yuan GDP of each city is decreasing year by year, which indicates that the utilization efficiency of water resources is improving year by year. 3) From 2016 to 2019, some regions faced the problem of water resources ecological deficit. By 2020, 21 cities in Sichuan Province were water resources ecological surplus, but the ecological surplus in some regions is low. The water resources ecological deficit/surplus index per capita has significant spatial agglomeration characteristics, and the spatial local characteristics are high-high type and low-low type.
