宁波慈城古镇是中国历史文化名镇和国家4A级景区，文化底蕴深厚，历史古迹众多，资源特色鲜明，旅游发展初具规模。但近些年的旅游开发愈发偏向商业化，缺少文化特色，而慈孝文化作为一种稀缺且不可再生的历史遗产应该在开发中受到重点保护。为促进古镇旅游经济的可持续发展，需要结合古镇现状适当商业化，并加强古镇基础建设及服务人才的培养；深入挖掘古镇文化内涵，丰富古镇旅游产品及旅游线路种类；科学定位古镇形象，细分市场、精准营销；树立绿色发展理念，科学编制古镇保护和旅游开发规划，促进旅游开发与居民生活互动健康发展。
Cicheng ancient town in Ningbo is a famous historical and cultural town in China and a national 4A scenic spot. It has a profound cultural heritage, numerous historical sites, distinctive resources, and tourism development has begun to take shape. However, in recent years, tourism development has become more commercialized and lacks cultural characteristics. As a scarce and non renewable historical heritage, Filial piety culture should be protected and developed. In order to promote the sustainable development of tourism economy of the ancient town, it is necessary to commercialize it appropriately in combination with the current situation of the ancient town, and strengthen the infrastructure construction and the training of service talents; Deeply excavate the cultural connotation of ancient town and enrich the types of tourism products and routes of ancient towns; Scientifically position the image of the ancient town, segmenting the market and precise marketing; Establish the concept of green development, scientifically formulate the protection and tourism development plan of ancient towns, and promote the interactive and healthy development of tourism development and residents’ lives.
