重庆市骨科脊柱外科护士职场孤独感现况调查研究

Abstract:
目的:通过职场孤独感量表(Workplace Loneliness Scale, WLS)设计调查问卷,以了解重庆市骨科护士的人口学特征等一般信息和职场孤独感现状。方法:采用职场孤独感量表,通过整群 + 简单随机抽样共选择重庆市113家医院,其中包括38家三甲医院和75家非三甲医院,采用电子问卷调查的方法进行调查研究。结果:收回问卷人数578份,有效问卷553份(有效率95.67%)。553人中平均年龄(31.86 ± 7.022)岁,女性450人(81.37%),男性103人(18.63%)。WLS得分最高76分,最低16分,平均分35.51分。结论:重庆市骨科护士职场孤独感处于相对较高的水平,相关管理部门须引起重视,同时提示在当前社会状态下,研究护理人员职场孤独感有较大的临床价值和社会意义。
Ob-jective: A questionnaire was designed through the workplace loneliness scale to understand the general information such as the demographic characteristics of nurses in Chongqing and the cur-rent situation of loneliness in the workplace. Methods: A total of 113 hospitals in Chongqing were selected by cluster + simple random sampling, including 38 tertiary hospitals and 75 non tertiary hospitals. Results: There were 578 questionnaires returned and 553 valid (95.67%). The average age of 553 was (31.86 ± 7.022) years, 450 (81.37%) females and 103 (18.63%) males. The highest score of WLS was 76, and the lowest was 16, with an average score of 35.51. Conclusion: The sense of loneliness of nurses in Chongqing is at a relatively high level, and the relevant management de-partments should pay attention to it. At the same time, it is suggested that in the current social state, it is of great clinical value and social significance to study the loneliness of nurses in the work-place.
