安宁疗护对老年痴呆患者干预效果的Meta分析

Abstract:
目的：系统评价安宁疗护对老年痴呆患者影响效果。方法：计算机检索从建库至今期间PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library及维普数据库、万方数据库、知网和中国生物医学数据库中关于安宁疗护影响老年痴呆患者的随机对照试验(RCT)。采用RevMan5.4.1软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳入8项研究，干预组951例，对照组960例。Meta分析结果显示，安宁疗护可以减少痴呆患者的激越行为[WMD = ？5.28, 95%CI (？10.34, ？0.23), P = 0.04]，提高生活质量[WMD = ？2.49, 95%CI (？4.60, ？0.39), P = 0.02]，减轻疼痛[WMD = ？1.42, 95%CI (？2.71, ？0.14), P = 0.03]。结论：应用安宁疗护能有效改善痴呆患者的激越和疼痛，提高生活质量。
Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of hospice care on senile dementia patients. Methods: The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the influence of hospice care on senile dementia patients in PubMed, EMBASE, web of science, Cochrane Library, VIP database, Wanfang database, HowNet and China biomedical data-base were searched by computer. Revman 5.4.1 software was used for meta-analysis. Results: Eight studies were finally included, 951 in the intervention group and 960 in the control group. The re-sults of meta-analysis showed that hospice care could reduce the agitation behavior of dementia pa-tients [WMD = ？5.28, 95%CI (？10.34, ？0.23), P = 0.04], improve the quality of life [WMD = ？2.49, 95%CI (？4.60, ？0.39), P = 0.02], and alleviate pain [WMD = ？1.42, 95%CI (？2.71, ？0.14), P = 0.03]. Conclusion: The application of palliative care can effectively improve the agitation and pain of de-mentia patients and improve their quality of life.
