Abstract:

培养学员“能打战、打胜仗”的军事应战综合能力是军队新时代教育方针的一个鲜明特点,是强国兴军有力的人才保障。本文从军队院校概率与数理统计教学现状的分析出发,紧贴学员实战化能力培养,开展军队院校教学改革的探索与实践。在教员建设、教学目标、教学内容、教学模式和考核方式五个方面研究了课程教学改革与实践的主要做法,为该课程的实战化教学改革指明了方向。
Cultivating the cadets’ comprehensive ability of “fighting and winning battles” is a distinct feature of the army’s educational policy in the new era, and it is also a powerful talent guarantee for strengthening the country and rejuvenating the army. Based on the analysis of the present situation of probability and mathematical statistics teaching in military academies, this paper pays close attention to the cultivation of students’ actual combat ability, and carries out the exploration and practice of teaching reform in military academies. This paper studies the main methods of course teaching reform and practice in five aspects: teacher construction, teaching goal, teaching content, teaching mode and examination method, which points out the direction for the practical teaching reform of this course.
