生态翻译学理论视域下上海城市形象外宣翻译——以《上海市城市总体规划2017~2035年》为例
The Outreach Translation of Shanghai’s City Image under the Theory of Ecological Translation—Taking “Shanghai Master Plan 2017~2035” as an Example

“一带一路”作为我国“大国外交”政策的核心组成部分，为我国的城市经济与社会发展提供了重要契机。而上海作为“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的主要城市之一，其城市形象的外宣工作对“一带一路”的发展尤为重要。因此，本文结合“一带一路”的时代背景，以《上海市城市总体规划2017~2035年》为研究对象，从生态翻译学理论中的“翻译生态、译者生存、文本生命”三个角度出发，并结合“绿色翻译”的实践形式，考察该文本如何将中国文化适配于英语生态环境，还原中文文本的生命，以求实现理想的外宣效果。
As a core component of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, “the Belt and Road Initiative” provides an important opportunity for the economic and social development of China. As one of the major cities of “the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”, the publicity of Shanghai’s city image is particularly important to the development of “B & R”. Therefore, this essay takes the “Shanghai Master Plan 2017~2035” as the research object in the context of “B & R”, from the three perspectives of “translation ecology, translator’s survival and text life” in the theory of ecological translation, combined with the practical form of “green translation”. The study examines how the text adapts Chinese culture to the English ecological environment and restores the life of the Chinese text, in order to achieve the ideal outreach effect.
