新时代研究生创新创业精神培育和能力提升研究与实践
Research and Practice on Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Spirit and Improving Ability of Postgraduates in the New Era

“提升一流人才培养与创新能力”是我国教育现代化的战略任务之一，对促进建设创新型现代化国家也具有重要意义。然而目前国内各高校对研究生创新创业教育仍滞留于初始阶段，存在创新创业文化氛围淡薄，研究生没有创新创业动力等问题，难以有效地提高研究生的双创精神与能力。特此以重庆科技学院为例，分别营造浓厚创新创业的文化氛围、设置学科交叉融合的双创课程、搭建高校研究生创新创业服务平台、制定研究生创新创业激励机制，从四个方面构建完整的研究生创新创业精神培养与能力提升体系。提高我校研究生的创新创业的综合能力，并取得了丰富的成果，对高校研究生创新创业精神培养与能力提升具有参考意义。
“To enhance the ability of first-class personnel training and innovation” is one of the strategic tasks for the modernization of education in China, and it is also important to promote the construction of innovative modernization country. However, at present, the innovation and entrepreneurship education for graduate students in domestic universities is still stuck in the initial stage. There are problems such as the weak atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship culture and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship motivation for graduate students, which makes it difficult to effectively improve the spirit and ability of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship for graduate students. Hereby in Chongqing institute of technology, for example, create a strong innovative entrepreneurial culture atmosphere, set up double and the course of the fusion of interdisciplinarity, set up in colleges and universities graduate student innovation service platform, to develop gradu-ate entrepreneurship incentive mechanism, from four aspects to build complete graduate innovative entrepreneurship training and ability promotion system. It improves the comprehensive ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of postgraduates in our university, and has made rich achievements, which has reference significance for the cultivation and ability improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship of postgraduates in universities.
