党建引领校企合作“双向双效”人才培养机制探索

高校基层党建是新时代党的建设伟大工程的重要组成部分，是为培养优秀人才提供坚强政治思想保障的关键。高校基层党建工作的创新、落实应紧密围绕人才培养这一中心任务。北方工业大学会计系教工支部探索建立校企合作“双向双效”机制，在学生培养、教师发展等方面均取得了一定的成效，并为服务绿色北京建设做出了一定的贡献。
