Abstract:

目的:探讨在神经内科实习教学中以病人为中心的PBL教学模式应用效果。方法:选择2021年4月~2022年1月期间在我院神经内科实习的78名临床医学专业实习生按入科顺序随机分为以病人为中心PBL教学实验组38人和传统教学对照组38人,实习结束时比较两组教学成绩,并向学生发放问卷,调查学生学习兴趣、合作能力、表达能力、沟通能力、人文素质5个项目。结果:实验组理论知识和实践技能成绩分别为50.21 ± 2.96分和34.63 ± 2.06分,对照组为43.18 ± 4.59分和36.61 ± 2.24分,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.001);实验组与对照组相比,在提高学习兴趣(86.8% vs 47.3% )、合作能力(86.8% vs 36.4%)、表达能力(84.2% vs 36.8%)、沟通能力(92.1% vs 7.8%)、人文素质(89.4% vs 10.5%)方面评分认为“是”的比例均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.001)。结论:神经内科临床实习过程中应用以病人为中心的PBL教学模式可以提高学生的理论知识和实践技能,还有利于实习生的全面发展,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of patient Centered PBL teaching method in the neurology practice teaching. Methods: 78 interns of clinical medicine major who practiced in the department of neurology in our hospital from April 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into patient centered PBL teaching group (experimental group) and traditional teaching group (control group) according to the order of admission, each group including 38 interns. At the end of the practice, the teaching achievements of the two groups were compared, and a questionnaire was issued to the students to investigate the students’ learning interest, cooperation ability, expression ability, communication ability, and humanistic quality. Results: The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the experimental group were 50.21 ± 2.96 points and 34.63 ± 2.06 points, respectively, while those in the control group were 43.18 ± 4.59 points and 36.61 ± 2.24 points, with sig-nificant differences (P < 0.001); compared with the control group, the proportion of “Yes” in im-proving learning interest (86.8% vs 47.3%), cooperation ability (86.8% vs 36.4%), expression ability (84.2% vs 36.8%), communication ability (92.1% vs 7.8%), and humanistic quality (89.4% vs 10.5%) in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The application of patient centered PBL teaching mothed in the clinical practice of neurology can improve students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and is also conducive to the overall development of interns, which is worth promoting.
