杭州市社区防疫工作居民满意度调查及研究
Survey and Research on Resident Satisfaction of Community Epidemic Prevention Work in Hangzhou

随着新冠肺炎疫情的大面积爆发，社区迅速成为疫情联防联控第一线。为进一步改善社区防疫工作，我们调查了杭州市各社区防疫工作的居民满意度，运用因子分析、多元回归分析等方法深入探究居民对当下防疫工作的态度和意见。结果显示，居民对于社区防疫工作总体满意；政策因子、工作因子和效果因子对居民满意度有显著影响。基于上述结论，针对如何提高居民对社区应对公共紧急卫生事件的满意度，提升社区管理工作运转效率，我们提出相应建议。
With the widespread outbreak of COVID-19, communities are rapidly becoming the first line of joint prevention and control of the epidemic. To further improve community epidemic prevention work, we investigated the satisfaction of residents with epidemic prevention work in communities in Hangzhou, and used factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to investigate in depth the residents’ attitudes and opinions toward current epidemic prevention work. The results indicate that residents are generally satisfied with community epidemic prevention work; the policy factor, work factor and effectiveness factor have significant effects on citizens’ satisfaction. On grounds of the above findings, we offer proposals for increasing residents’ satisfaction with the community response to public health emergencies and enhancing the efficiency of community management work.
