改性酚醛树脂复合材料的研究及应用

Abstract:
酚醛树脂材料制作成本低、原材料易得、生产工艺简单,被广泛应用在日常生活及工程领域。但随着科技水平的进步和使用要求的提高,传统酚醛树脂材料在高性能工程材料领域严重受限。因此,对酚醛树脂进行复合改性以制备出具有优良性能和形式多样的复合材料,已成为必然的趋势。本文主要针对酚醛树脂基复合材料的研究现状与应用进行系统阐述。
Phenolic resin materials are widely used in daily life and engineering fields due to their low production cost, easy availability of raw materials and simple production process. However, with the progress of science and technology and the improvement of application requirements, traditional phenolic resin materials can no longer meet the requirements of high-performance engineering materials. Therefore, it is an inevi-table trend to composite modify phenolic resin to prepare composite materials in various forms. In this paper, the research status and application of phenolic resin matrix composites are systemati-cally described.
