孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗支气管哮喘的疗效
Efficacy of Montelukast Sodium in Combination with Budesonide Formoterol in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的：观察支气管哮喘患者使用孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德福莫特罗联合治疗方案的效果。方法：90例支气管哮喘患者，以随机分组法实施分组，分为研究组、对照组两组。对照组45例患者均采用布地奈德福莫特罗单药治疗方案，研究组45例患者均采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗药物治疗方案，比较两组的疗效；喘息、气急、胸闷、呼吸困难、咳嗽持续的时间；治疗前后肺功能指标改善程度。结果：本研究2组支气管哮喘患者经过不同的药物方案治疗后，研究组45例患者的临床症状缓解时间显著早于同期对照组患者，且治疗后的总有效率显著较高，P < 0.05，两组间差异具有统计学意义。结论：孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗支气管哮喘能够达到理想的疗效，能够显著改善支气管哮喘患者的临床症状，安全性比较高，具有很好的治疗应用价值，值得推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of the combination of montelukast sodium and budesonide for-moterol in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 90 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly grouped and divided into two groups: research group and control group. All 45 pa-tients in the control group were treated with budesonide formoterol monotherapy regimen, and 45 patients in the study group were treated with montelukast sodium plus budesonide formoterol to compare the efficacy of the two groups; Wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, coughing for a long time; Degree of improvement in lung function indicators before and after treatment. Results: After treatment with different drug regimens in the two groups of patients with bronchial asthma in this study, the clinical symptom remission time of 45 patients in the study group was significantly earlier than that of the control group in the same period, and the total effec-tive rate after treatment was significantly higher, P < 0.05, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide formoterol for the treatment of bronchial asthma can achieve the desired curative effect, can signif-icantly improve the clinical symptoms of bronchial asthma patients, the safety is relatively high, has good therapeutic application value, and is worth promoting.
