童年情绪虐待经历对大学生情绪管理的影响——一个有调节的中介模型

Abstract:
目的:探讨童年情绪虐待经历对大学生情绪管理能力的影响与机制。方法:采用情绪虐待量表、情绪管理能力量表和情绪管理策略问卷测查了457名大学生。结果:功能性策略在童年情绪虐待经历和情绪管理能力之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应26.07%;倾向用外部策略的大学生,其情绪虐待经历的负向预测作用更强。结论:童年情绪虐待经历既直接影响大学生情绪管理能力,同时通过功能性策略起间接影响,外部策略在其中起调节作用。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of childhood emotional abuse experienced on emotional management, and verify the role of different strategies on ability. Methods: Emotional Abuse Scale, Students’ Emotional Management Ability Questionnaire and The Regulation of Emotions Questionnaire were used to investigate 457 college students. Results: Functional strategies play a partial mediating role in childhood emotional abuse and emotional management. Mediating effects accounted for 26.07% of the total effects. College students who prefer external strategies have a stronger negative predictive effect on emotional abuse. Conclusion: The experience of emotional abuse in childhood not only directly affects the emotion management ability of college students, but also indirectly through functional strategies. The external strategies play a moderating role.
