“体系构建、项目驱动、实践环境”三位一体,机械类专业应用型人才培养体系构建

Abstract:
本文基于CDIO国际工程教育理念,在机械类专业应用型人才培养体系的建设上进行了较为详细的构想,分析了目前教学过程中存在的实际问题,对本专业学生应具有的知识、能力、素质进行了阐述,同时对“体系构建、项目驱动、实践环境”三位一体的培养体系实施方法进行了较为全面的论述。
Based on the CDIO international engineering education concept, this paper puts forward a more detailed conception on the construction of the applied talent training system of the mechanical specialty, analyzes the current practical problems existing in teaching processes, and clarifies the knowledge, ability and quality that students in this major should have. At the same time, the implementation method of the trinity training system of “system construction, project driven and practice environment” is comprehensively discussed.
