Abstract:

某化工生产线的冷却循环水系统通过人工操作进行控制,不仅效率低且异常情况发生时无法第一时间进行备用设备的切换,易造成系统连锁停车的质量安全事故。通过对系统一系列自动化研究,升级为远程监控,并达到水池自动补水、循环水泵自动切换、水网流量监测,达到冷却水循环系统远程可视化,实现故障点快速定位的智能化控制。
The cooling circulating water system of a chemical production line is controlled by manual operation, which is not only inefficient, but also unable to switch the standby equipment at the first time when abnormal conditions occur, which is easy to cause the quality safety accident of system chain shutdown. Through a series of Automation Research on the system, it is upgraded to remote monitoring, and achieves automatic water replen-ishment of the pool, automatic switching of circulating water pumps, water network flow monitoring, remote visualization of the cooling water circulation system, and intelligent control of rapid location of fault points.
