“物联、数联、智联”联动赋能全域智治基层治理

Abstract:
随着智慧城市建设的大规模推进,城市治理能力与信息技术的关系日益紧密。本文从智慧城市发展和城市协同治理的角度出发,结合当前智慧城市快速发展过程中的难点,重点讨论了城市物联感知融合服务平台对智慧城市的重要性。并介绍“感智汇”平台架构在平台搭建、数据汇集、优配算法和智能决策等方面取得的最新进展。最后,本文结合平湖市“感智汇”物联感知融合服务平台,以实例阐述“感智汇”助力城市智能治理的建设实践。全面介绍了平湖通过“感智汇”平台确保粮食安全、构筑交通出行安全、助力企业安全生产、巩固疫情防控、协同灾害应急和守护网络安全的成果,对城市协同治理能力提升具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
With the acceleration of smart city development, the relationship between urban governance ca-pabilities and information technology is boosted. From the perspective of smart city development and urban collaborative governance, this paper focuses on the importance of IoT perception fusion service platform to smart cities based on problems in smart cities caused by rapid development. Then, we introduced the main functions of the “Sensor Intelligence Convergence” perception fusion service platform, including platform construction, data collection, algorithm optimization, and intelligent decision. Finally, this paper gives some examples to describe governance achievements in Pinghu City based on the “Sensor Intelligence Convergence” platform. In detail, Pinghu City uses the “Sensor Intelligence Convergence” platform to complete some tasks such as food security, traffic safety, enterprise production safety, epidemic prevention, disaster emergency, and cyber defense. This has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving urban collaborative governance.
