高校思想政治教育与校园文化建设互动模式探析

思想政治教育与校园文化建设作为高校育人工作的重要内容，二者看似独立，各成体系，实际上却是彼此交叉，相互补充，共同致力于培养德智体美劳全面发展的中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人。高校思想政治教育与校园文化建设应在内容、载体、队伍、机制等四个方面进行良性互动，实现“思政育人”和“文化化人”的有机结合。
Ideological and political education and campus culture construction are important contents of education work in colleges and universities. The two seem to be independent and each forms a system, but in fact they intersect and complement each other, and they are jointly committed to cultivating the socialist builders and successors with the Chinese characteristics of the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. The ideological and political education and the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities should have a positive interaction in four aspects: content, carrier, team, and mechanism, so as to realize the organic combination of “ideological and political education” and “culturalized people”.
