浅谈高素质新型职业农民培育促进广西现代农业产业发展

Abstract:
本文结合广西现代农业产业化的高速发展，分析高素质新型农民培育现状。在生态文化保护、乡村振兴的时代背景下，从新型职业农民的培育现状、现实意义以及农业政策宣传等方面，论述新型职业农民高素质创新培育方式及途径，深入探索培训制度、管理模式和政策支持等，以此完善农产品供求市场制度及管理体系，实现广西现代农业的可持续发展。
This article combined with high-speed development of modern agriculture industry, analyzed new occupation farmers present situation in Guangxi. In the background of times of protection of cultural ecology and rural revitalization, discussed new occupation farmers innovative training mode and approach of actuality, realistic meaning and policy advocacy .Deeply explore the training management mode and policy system support etc., improved the supply demand market system for agricultural products and management system, achieving sustainable development of modern agriculture in Guangxi.
