Abstract:

在当前航天型号高强密度发射任务,以及日益激烈的航天领域市场竞的背景下,必须构建和实施供应链全过程风险管控来提高航天企业的核心竞争力。本文基于风险管控的思路,明确了航天型号供应链风险要素,提出了夯实供应商管理基础、系统化解供应链风险的具体措施,有效提升了航天型号供应链的安全性和稳定性。
Under the background of the current aerospace model high intensity density launch mission and the increasingly fierce space market competition, we must construct and implement risk management and control of the whole process supply chain to improve the core competitiveness of aerospace enterprise. Based on the idea of risk management and control, this paper analyzes the risk factors of the aerospace model supply chain, puts forward concrete measures to consolidate the management basis of suppliers and resolve supply chain risks to effectively improve the security and stability of the aerospace model supply chain.
