从《金匮要略》治未病角度浅谈消渴病的预防

Abstract:
近年来，随着经济和社会的持续发展，民众的生活质量也日益改善，而消渴病的发生率却与日俱增，已严重威胁人们的生命健康，因此采取相应措施应对消渴病的传播已刻不容缓。张仲景在《内经》、《难经》等有关治未病理念的基础上，进一步充实和发展了治未病理论的思想及其内涵，这对于消渴病的预防来说具有重要意义。
In recent years, with the continuous development of economy and society, people’s quality of life has been continuously improved, and the prevalence of diabetes mellitus is increasing day by day, which seriously threatens human life and health. It is imperative to take corresponding measures to deal with the spread of diabetes mellitus. Zhang Zhongjing enriched and developed the ideas and connotations of the theory of treating pre-diseases on the basis of the “Nei Jing” and “Nan Jing”, which is of great significance for the prevention of diabetes.
