富勒在其书中对法律和道德的关系进行了大量的分析和论证，法律与道德的关系一直是法制建设中的重要问题。对法律与道德的关系的研究，在推进我国社会主义法治建设方面具有重要意义。先进的理论能够推动社会主义法治的建设。本文主要是对富勒的法律与道德观进行分析，从而准确把握法律与道德的关系的核心要义，有利于完善我国社会主义法制建设中法律与道德关系的边界不清晰问题，对我国法制建设的进一步发展具有关键作用。
Fuller analyzed and demonstrated the relationship between law and morality in his book. The relationship between law and morality has always been an important issue in the construction of legal system. The research of the relationship between law and morality is of great significance in promoting the construction of the socialist rule of law in China. Advanced theories can promote the construction of the socialist rule of law. This paper mainly analyzes Fuller’s legal and moral views, so as to accurately grasp the core essence of the relationship between law and morality, which is conducive to improving the problem of the unclear boundary of the relationship between law and morality in the construction of the socialist legal system, and plays a key role in the further development of the legal system construction in China.
