新医改政策下药学本科医院实习带教实践与思考
Practice and Thinking of Pharmacy Undergraduate Practice Teaching in the Hospital under the New Medical Reform Policy

随着新医改政策的执行和落地，加快药学服务模式转变，提高药学服务水平是各医疗机构面临的新的机遇和挑战。药学人才培养是提高药学服务水平、促进药学服务高质量发展的关键力量。为提高药学本科毕业的专业水平，提高药学本科医院实习带教实践能力，促进药学人才培养，笔者通过5年来认真总结药学本科生医院实习带教经历和实践：包含组建统一教学组织、明确教学模式、制定标准教学大纲、调整实习轮转部门、增加临床药学实践、明确出科考核内容、加强教学质量评估等，以尝试建立同质化、规范化、标准化的教学模式，不断加强药学本科毕业生专业综合实践能力，提高医院教学质量和水平。
With the implementation and landing of the new medical reform policy, how to accelerate the transformation of pharmaceutical care model, and improve the level of pharmaceutical care is a new opportunity and challenge for medical institutions. The cultivation of pharmaceutical talents is the key to improve the level of pharmaceutical care and promote the high-quality development of pharmaceutical care. Therefore, in order to improve the professional level of pharmacy graduates, the practice ability of pharmacy undergraduate hospital internship teaching and promote the cultivation of pharmacy talents. In the past five years, the author summarized the experience and practice of pharmacy undergraduates in the hospital, it includes the establishment of a unified teaching organization, clear teaching model, formulation of standard teaching syllabus, adjustment of practice rotation departments, increase clinical pharmacy practice, clear examination content, strengthen teaching quality assessment, etc. Through the above methods, we try to establish a homogeneous, standardized and standardized teaching model, so as to continuously strengthen the professional comprehensive practical ability of pharmacy graduates and improve the quality and level of hospital teaching.
