上消化道癌筛查及早诊早治方法的研究进展

我国上消化道癌的早诊率及早治率比较低，因为大部分上消化道癌在初期并没有表现出典型的临床症状，患者常当作“胃病”，未重视病情，未行相关辅助检查，自行服用药物治疗，以缓解疼痛不适的症状，待出现显著症状而就诊时大多数已发展成中晚期。如果高危人群定期进行早癌筛查，及时对疾病演变的进程进行阻断，就能提高癌症的治疗效果，也是控制疾病进一步恶化的有效措施。

If the high-risk groups are regu-larly screened for early cancer and the process of disease evolution is blocked in time, the treat-ment effect can be improved for cancer, and it is also an effective measure to control the further de-terioration of the disease.
