轨道保护区新建项目勘察安全控制措施
Safety Control Measures on New Project Investigation in Rail Transit Protection Area

伴随城市建设的快速发展，新建项目与城市轨道交通在空间上的冲突也越来越凸显。近年在工程建设中发生了多起轨道交通控制保护区建设项目勘察钻探事故，造成不良社会影响。本文通过梳理轨道交通保护的相关管理文件，结合近期发生的勘察事故及相关的研究成果，总结了轨道交通控制保护区内新建项目勘察工作存在的问题，对外业工作提出了具有针对性的风险管控措施和技术质量要求。在采用一定的技术手段和控制措施下，可以实现精准勘察，同时保证轨道结构安全。
With the rapid development of urban construction, the space conflict between new projects and urban rail transit is becoming more and more prominent. In recent years, there have been a number of explorations and drilling accidents in rail transit control and protection area construction projects, which have caused adverse social impact. This paper, through order the relevant management documents of rail transit protection, combined with the recent investigation accidents and related research results, summarized the problems existing in the survey work of new projects in the rail transit control and protection zone, and put forward targeted risk control measures and technical quality requirements for external work and internal work. With the certain technical means and control measures are adopted, the accurate survey can be realized and the safety of the track structure can be ensured.
