浅析刘基故里休闲农业与乡村旅游的发展对策
On the Development Countermeasures of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism in Liu Ji’s Hometown

随着我国社会主要矛盾的变化，党中央对“三农”工作提出了新的更高要求。文成县为解决好城乡发展不平衡，农业发展不充分问题，更好满足农村人民在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态等方面日益增长的迫切需要，推动休闲农业全面发展、农村社会全面进步。笔者通过对刘基故里休闲农业与乡村旅游产业发展的现状进行实地调查访问，查阅国外产业发展的相关资料，探索性地分析产业发展优势，针对目前存在的问题，借鉴国内、外发展的经验。就如何提升农村发展质量，提高农业生产效益，促进农民稳定增收，提出相应的发展对策。
With the change of the main social contradictions in our country, the CPC Central Committee has put forward new and higher requirements for the work of “agriculture, countryside and farmers”. In order to solve the problems of unbalanced development between urban and rural areas and insufficient agricultural development in Wencheng county, to better meet the growing urgent needs of rural people in economic, political, cultural, social and ecological aspects, and to promote the all-round development of leisure agriculture and the all-round progress of rural society. The author makes an on-the-spot investigation and interview on the current situation of leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry development in Liu Ji’s hometown, consults the relevant materials of foreign industry development, and explores the advantages of industrial development, aiming at the existing problems and drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign development. On how to improve the quality of rural development, improve the efficiency of agricultural production, and promote the steady increase of farmers’ income, the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward.
