Abstract:

目的:前列腺增生在男性疾病中的发病率不断上升,严重影响了中老年男性的健康生活。所以如何治疗前列腺增生疾病成为一个炙手可热的问题。本文章总结了4种良好的前列腺增生的治疗方法,分别是经过尿道微波热疗法来破坏前列腺组织、经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术以减少出血、经尿道钛激光前列腺剜除术更加便捷、经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术更加有灵活性。除此之外,文章对前列腺增生的治疗提出了创新作出了展望。
The incidence of prostatic hyperplasia in male diseases continues to rise, which seriously affects the healthy life of middle-aged and elderly men. So how to treat prostatic hyperplasia disease has be-come a hot question. This article summarizes four good treatments for prostatic hyperplasia, namely, destruction of prostate tissue by urethral microwave heat therapy, transurethral plasma bipolar electro-resection of the prostate to reduce bleeding, transurethral titanium laser prostate removal which is more convenient, and transurethral green laser vaporization of the prostate. In addition, the article puts forward innovative prospects for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.
