青少年开展野外生存训练的探究
Research on the Development of Youth Field Survival Training

近年来，户外夏令营和野外生存训练在一些地区广泛开展，野外生存训练方式多样、活动多变，对青少年的身心全面发展有着重要意义。本文通过对野外生存的概述、野外生存训练对青少年身心发展的影响以及野外生存训练的发展趋势进行论述。通过野外生存训练，青少年可以在自然环境中实践课堂知识，丰富野外生存知识，在遇到紧急情况下，能做出较为恰当的处理方式，培养学生冷静应对的能力，激发青少年的爱国热情。同时对学校开展新型体育教学课程，深化体育课程改革具有重要的意义。
In recent years, outdoor summer camps and field survival training have been widely carried out in some areas. The various methods and activities of field survival training are of great significance to the overall physical and mental development of young people. This paper discusses the development trend of the field survival training through the overview of field survival, the influence of field survival training on the physical and mental development of young people. Through field survival training, young people can practice classroom knowledge in the natural environment, enrich field survival knowledge, and in case of emergency, they can make more appropriate handling methods, cultivate students’ ability to calmly respond, and stimulate young people’s patriotic enthusiasm. At the same time, it is of great significance for schools to carry out new physical education courses and deepen the reform of physical education courses.
