Abstract:

生态系统服务评估是社会–生态系统管理的重要基础,但制定生态系统服务管理策略时存在复杂性和方法挑战。以甘肃省庆阳市为例,本文利用生态系统服务动态评估框架和社会调查方法开发了一个可用的适应性社会–生态系统管理矩阵。发现:1) 矩阵集成了利益相关者对生态系统服务的多元认识;2) 适应性矩阵具有动态更新功能,会减少生态系统服务动态评估的不确定性;3) 庆阳市应以提升文化服务和加强水土资源调节为优先调控方向,推进文旅产业和生态修复系列工程措施的深入实施。本研究有助于促进当地多种生态系统服务供需关系平衡和社会–生态系统的可持续发展。
Ecosystem services assessment can be regarded as an important fundament for social-ecological system management. However, there are complexities and methodological challenges in developing specific management strategies for ecosystem services. An adaptive social-ecological system management matrix was developed based on the geo-environmental characteristics of Qingyang city, Gansu province, using a dynamic assessment framework of ecosystem services and social survey methods. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) the matrix integrates the stakeholders’ diverse understanding of ecosystem services; 2) the adaptive matrix showed the capability for dynamically updating information on ecosystem services, which will reduce the uncertainty of the ecosystem services assessment; 3) it is recommended that the local government of Qingyang city should give priority to improving cultural services and regulating services of water-soil resources, and promoting the in-depth implementation of a series of engineering measures for the cultural tourism industry and ecological restoration. The research will be helpful for promoting the balance between supply and demand relationship in local ecosystem services, as well as the regional sustainability of social-ecological system.
