后疫情时代背景下成都市幼儿体育活动开展现状及对策研究
Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Children’s Physical Activities under the Background of Post Epidemic Era in Chengdu

本研究运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数据分析法对当前成都市幼儿体育活动开展现状进行了调查。通过研究调查发现：疫情前后成都市幼儿体育户外活动时间有所减少，体育活动开展内容主要以体育游戏、运动器械及基本动作练习为主。体育活动组织形式上，主要以体育教学活动、室内外体育活动、早操为主。体育活动开展相对较单一、传统，缺乏创新性。针对当前成都市幼儿体育活动开展现状，提出相应的对策，为改进和落实成都市幼儿体育活动开展提供理论参考。
This study uses the methods of questionnaire, literature and data analysis to investigate the current situation of children’s physical activities in Chengdu. The research shows that the time of children’s outdoor physical activities in Chengdu has decreased before and after the epidemic COVID-19, and the contents of physical activities are mainly sports games, sports equipment and basic movement exercises. In terms of the organizational form of physical activities, it mainly focuses on physical teaching activities, indoor and outdoor physical activities and morning exercises. Children’s physical activities are relatively simple, traditional and lack of innovation. In view of the current situation of children’s physical activities in Chengdu, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide theoretical reference for improving and implementing the development of children’s physical activities in Chengdu.
