论民族传统体育融入高校体育教育的作用与价值

在高校开展民族传统体育教学，是传承和发展少数民族优秀文化和丰富校园体育课程内容和校园精神文化的有效途径。本研究从高校开展民族传统体育的价值出发，探讨民族传统体育进高校对促进民族团结、促进民族“交流交往交融”发展、促进民族命运共同体构建的现实意义等问题，以期更好的促进新时代民族传统体育在高校的开展。
Carrying out national traditional sports teaching in colleges and universities is an effective way to inherit and develop the excellent culture of ethnic minorities and enrich the content of campus sports courses and campus spiritual culture. Starting from the value of developing national tradi-tional sports in colleges and universities, this study discusses the practical significance of entering national traditional sports into colleges and universities to promote national unity, promote the development of national “communication and integration”, and promote the construction of a community of national destiny, in order to better promote the development of National Traditional Sports in colleges and universities in the new era.
