运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对易筋经托天桩的研究进行统计分析，易筋经托天桩的研究主要集中在易筋经、托天桩、颈椎病、临床疗效等方面，有助于我们全面地了解易筋经托天桩的运动原理及运用，对于训练、医疗、实验和开展全民健身都有重要的作用。就目前研究现状而言，某些领域还缺乏相应的深度，在研究涉及的范围和层次方面缺乏创新，内容较为分散，分析不够全面，此类研究有待进一步深入探索。

Such research needs to be further explored.
