中青年患者膝关节韧带修补术后功能锻炼心理体验的质性研究
Qualitative Evaluation on Psychological Experience of Functional Exercise after Knee Ligament Repair in Middle-Aged and Younger Patients

目的：探讨中青年膝关节韧带修补术患者术后功能锻炼的心理体验，以为患者术后的功能康复锻炼打下坚实的基础。方法：选取2021年10月至2021年12月于我院接收膝关节韧带修补术的10例患者进行深度访谈，借助Giorgi分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果：中青年膝关节韧带修补术患者术后功能锻炼的心理体验提炼出四个主题：疼痛导致恐惧、对功能锻炼效果不确定、心理压力大、需要更多的情感支持。结论：中青年膝关节韧带修补术患者术后功能锻炼阶段的心理问题及需求较为复杂，护理人员须给予针对性的心理支持干预，才能保证功能锻炼的持续性。
Objective: To explore the psychological experience of postoperative functional exercise for young and middle-aged knee ligament repair patients, and to lay a solid foundation for their postoperative functional rehabilita-tion exercise. Methods: Ten patients receiving knee ligament repair from November 2021 to Feb-ruary 2022 were selected for in-depth interviews, and the data were collated and analyzed with the help of Giorgi analysis. Results: The psychological experience of young and middle-aged knee liga-ment repair patients has extracted four themes: pain leads to fear, uncertain effect of functional exercise, great psychological pressure, and the need for more emotional support. Conclusion: The psychological problems and needs of young and middle-aged knee ligament repair patients are more complex. The nursing staff should give targeted psychological support and intervention to ensure the continuity of functional exercise.
