Abstract:

目前我国呼吸康复需求急速增大,而专业呼吸治疗师严重缺乏。因此设计一款可以居家长期使用的呼吸辅助训练器具有重要的现实意义。本研究以呼吸肌肌力及耐力障碍人群为目标对象,针对呼吸训练难以定量化、直观化以及枯燥乏味等导致患者难以坚持这一特点,拟设计一款智能、精准、卫生、低耗的呼吸训练设备以改善呼吸训练的困境,为广大目标人群真正得到便捷、实用、有效的呼吸训练提供可靠的选择。
At present, the demand for respiratory rehabilitation in my country is rapidly increasing, while there is a serious shortage of respiratory therapists. Therefore, it is im-portant to design a breathing aid trainer that can be used at home for a long time. This study tar-gets people with respiratory muscle strength and endurance disorders. In view of the difficulty in quantification, visualization and tediousness of respiratory training, which makes it difficult for pa-tients to adhere to it. An intelligent, precise, hygienic and low-consumption respiratory assistive decice is proposed to be designed. This training equipment aims to solve the problems of breathing training, and provide a kind of reliable choice to obtain convenient, practical and effective breathing training for the target groups.
