Abstract:

公立小学教师职业教育发展一直是一大重要课题,为了更好地为在职教师组织在职教育,促进其直接发展,笔者为16名北京公立小学英语教师设计了一系列在职培训课程,以进一步促进其职业发展、精进教学技能。笔者将从课程设计、材料开发、课程评估和课程管理背后的理论与原则几个方面展开。
Teacher’s professional development has long been addressed as a key issue among English public-school teachers. This training course is designed for a group of Chinese primary language teachers to help them enhance their teaching skills. The underlying rationale and principles, training material, evaluation and management of the course design will be further elaborated.
