基于双循环新发展格局的高校物流人才培养探究——以江苏海洋大学为例
Research on Logistics Personnel Training in Universities Based on the New Develop-ment Pattern of Double Circulation—A Case Study of Jiangsu Ocean University

双循环新发展格局下，新时期物流人才培养必须以“以变求新”的指导思想为指导，走品格、能力与素养三维一体的人才培养路径。坚持人才培养与思政教育、信息技术、跨境合作的有机结合，积极围绕产教融合、校企合作探索新时期应用型物流高级人才培养模式，以培养素质担当、专业复合、智能一体、智慧应用且拥有宽视野、大格局的专业化高级物流人才为目标。
Under the new development pattern of double circulation, the training of logistics talents in the new period must be guided by the guiding ideology of “change and innovation”, and take the training path of three-dimensional integration of character, ability and accomplishment. Adhere to the organic combination of talent training, ideological and political education, information technology and cross-border cooperation, and actively explore the training mode of application-oriented logistics senior talents in the new era around the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation. The goal is to cultivate professional high-level logistics talents with quality responsibility, professional integration, intelligent integration, intelligent application and broad vision and large pattern.
