临床教学医院线上教学管理初探

Abstract:
临床教学是医学人才培养的重要环节之一,直接关系到高等医学教育的质量。由于此次新冠肺炎疫情的影响,很多临床教学医院都无法按照正常时间开课,为防止疫情扩散,我院积极响应学校提出的“延期开学不停学、教学质量有保障”的总体要求,组织任课老师进行线上教学培训,引导教师开展多专业、多课程、多平台的网络线上教学,较好地实现“停课不停教、停课不停学”,为深化信息化教学改革,进一步提高教学质量,有效提升教学效率提供新的思考方向。
Clinical teaching is one of the important links in the training of medical talents, which is directly related to the quality of higher medical education. Due to the impact of the COVID-19, many clinical teaching hospitals were unable to start classes at normal times. In order to prevent the spread of the epidemic, our hospital actively responded to the general requirements of the school to “postpone the start of school without suspension and ensure the quality of teaching”, organized teachers to carry out online teaching training, and guided teachers to carry out multi-disciplinary, multi course and multi platform online teaching, better realize the “non-stop teaching and non-stop learning” and provide a new thinking direction for deepening the information-based teaching reform, further improving the teaching quality and effectively improving the teaching efficiency.
