澳大利亚课后服务的运行模式及启示

Abstract:
澳大利亚致力于课后服务质量的提升，通过建立统一的国家监管机构、制定国家质量标准以及完善立法等措施不断加强对课后服务质量保障的干预，最终形成了一条具有澳大利亚特色的课后服务质量保障体系。多年以来，澳大利亚课后服务在政策法规、师资配备、财政投入等方面全方位参与和支持学龄儿童课后服务的发展，不断向儿童提供完善而有效的课后托管服务。
Australia is committed to improving the quality of Outside School Hours Care. Through the establishment of a unified national regulatory agency, the formulation of national quality standards and the improvement of legislation and other measures, the intervention of Outside School Hours Care quality assurance has been continuously strengthened, and finally formed an Outside School Hours Care quality assurance system with Australian characteristics. Over the years, Australian have been fully involved in and supported the development of Outside School Hours Care in terms of policies and regulations, teacher staffing, financial investment and other aspects, and have continuously provided comprehensive and effective Outside School Hours Care to children.
