本文以习近平总书记新时代中国特色社会主义思想为引领，按照新时代新思想新要求来锻造信念过硬、政治过硬、责任过硬、能力过硬、作风过硬的高校教师队伍，以肩负起立德树人、教书育人、教育强国的历史使命，才能不负党和人民的重托，不断满足全国人民对更高质量教育的需求。
Guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, in accordance with the new ideas and new requirements of the new era, this paper aims to forge a team of college faculty members with strong beliefs, strong political capacities, strong responsibilities, strong abilities, and strong working styles, in order to shoulder the historical mission of cultivating and educating people, and educating for a stronger country. Only in this way can we live up to the expectation of the party and the people, and continuously meet people’s need for education of higher quality across the country.
