北京市花卉市场木本切花经营与消费现状调查
Investigation on the Operation and Consumption of Woody Cut Flowers in Beijing Flower Market

研究木本切花的经营和消费现状，对花卉产业结构转型和调整以及苗圃产业的发展，均具有重要意义。本文采用文献检索法、调查问卷法、现场调查法，对北京市代表性的三大切花市场进行了调研，并以社会调查的方法随机选取消费者进行了访谈和问卷，得出了北京市木本切花行业经营和消费的现状：从业者专业水平不高；销售模式急需转变；植物种类有46种，有些种类依赖国外进口；价格波动较大；缺乏生产和销售标准化技术体系等。针对存在的问题，提出了相应的建议和对策。
Studying the operation and consumption status of woody cut flowers is important for the transformation and adjustment of the flower industry structure, as well as for the development of the nursery industry. Using the literature retrieval method, questionnaire method and onsite investigation method to investigate the three representative cut flower markets in Beijing, at the same time, randomly selecting consumers by social survey methods for interviews and questionnaires, this paper described the current situation of the operation and consumption of woody cut flower industry in Beijing: The professional level of practitioners is not high; the sales model needs to be changed urgently; there are 46 species of plants, some of them depend on foreign imports; price fluctuations are very common; there are lack of standardized technical systems for production and sales. In view of the existing problems, corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are proposed.
