新时代我国生态文明法制建设的路径探究

生态文明建设是关系中华民族永续发展的根本大计，是建设美丽中国的必要途径，是我国进入新时代后必须要面临的重要问题之一。然而，实现生态文明建设目标离不开制度和法治为其保驾护航。法制是法治的基础，新时代加强生态文明法制建设是加强生态环境保护的客观需要，是实现人与自然和谐相处的重要手段，是实现全面依法治国基本方略的重要内容以及推进生态环境领域治理体系与能力现代化的必然要求。加快推进生态文明法制建设就要挖掘出我国生态文明法制建设在立法、执法、司法、守法四个层面的主要问题，并提出相应的解决方案，积极探索新时代生态文明法制建设的新路径。
Building an ecological civilization is fundamental to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation, a necessary way to build a beautiful China, and one of the important issues China must face as it enters the new era. However, the goal of ecological civilization construction cannot be achieved without the protection of the system and the rule of law. The legal system is the basis of the rule of law. Strengthening the legal system of ecological civilization in the new era is the objective need of strengthening the protection of the ecological environment, an important means to realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, an important content of the basic strategy of realizing the comprehensive rule of law, and an inevitable requirement of promoting the modernization of the governance system and capacity in the field of ecological environment. To accelerate the construction of ecological civilization legal system, we need to dig out the main problems of the con-struction of ecological civilization legal system in legislation, law enforcement, judicature and law abiding, put forward corresponding solutions, and actively explore the new path of the construction of ecological civilization legal system in the new era.
