水滑石的清洁合成及其在PVC稳定剂上的应用

Abstract:
本文简要介绍了水滑石的应用范围、合成方法，对水滑石在稳定剂中的应用做了重点介绍，对清洁工艺的合成方法做了说明，并对清洁工艺产品HS-04应用于热稳定剂上的试验情况做了详细的介绍。说明清洁工艺产品能做到结晶度好，品相单一，产品的刚果红、电性能、老化性能表现都非常优异。
This paper briefly introduces the application scope of hydrotalcite, synthetic method, the hydrotalcite in an emphasis on the application of stabilizers, proves the synthetic methods of cleaning technology, and the HS-04 in clean technology products used in the experiment on the heat stabilizer is introduced in detail. The clean technology products, can achieve good crystallinity, a single product, Congo red, electric properties, aging performance of the product are very excellent.
