Abstract:

良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, BPPV)是一种以短暂性眩晕和眼球震颤为主要表现的外周性前庭疾病,是目前临床工作中最为常见的前庭性眩晕。许多学者认为该病与性激素、钙离子、维生素D等相关。为了更全面分析良性阵发性位置性眩晕相关性因素的研究进展情况,本文首先简要介绍良性阵发性位置性眩晕特征,并分析其相关性因素的目前研究情况,得出结果作如下汇报。
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a peripheral vestibular disease mainly character-ized by transient vertigo and nystagmus, and is the most common vestibular vertigo in clinical work. Many scholars believe that the disease is associated with sex hormones, calcium ions, vitamin D and so on. In order to comprehensively analyze the research progress of the related factors of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, this paper first briefly introduces the characteristics of benign par-oxysmal positional vertigo, and analyzes the current research situation of its related factors. The results are reported as follows.
