浅议保健植物在森林公园康养项目中的规划应用
Discussion on the Application of the Healthful Plants in the Planning of Forest Park Health Care Project

随着社会经济的快速发展，城市化进程不断加剧，导致城市人口剧烈增加，城市“生态贫困”现象日趋严重，都市人群基本上处于亚健康水平。森林康养是以丰富的森林景观、洁净的林间空气、健康的养生环境、安全的森林食品、深厚的林区文化为依托，借助现代的基础服务设施，开展有利于健康疗养的活动。因此走向森林，回归自然的健康、休闲、养生、娱乐为一体的旅游成为人们必备之行。本文概述了森林康养的历史背景，并通过对上海东平国家森林公园丰富的森林资源现状调查分析，在结合国内外的森林康养案例的研究和保健植物医疗效果研究的条件下，提出融合保健植物配置下的森林康养项目建设的建议，为上海市健康基地提供参考。
With the rapid development of social economy, the urbanization process is intensifying and leading to the urban population increase sharply. The phenomenon of “ecological poverty” is increasingly serious, urban population is in subhealth basically. Forest health care is relying on the rich forest landscape, the clean air, the healthy living environment, the safe forest food and the deep forest culture. With the aid of the foundation of the modern service facilities, to carry out activities that is helpful to health rehabilitation. Therefore, going to the forest and return to natural health, leisure, health recreation and entertainment is one of the necessary trips. This paper gives an overview to the historical background of forest health care, and analyzing the current situation of forest resources in Shanghai Dongping National Forest Park. In combination with the studies of domestic and foreign forest health care case and the effect of health care plants condition, proposing suggestions for the forest health care base under the plant configuration that fusion health care, and providing guiding significance for Shanghai health base.
